In Castillian Spanish (that's spoken in Spain); te quiero
In (Latin) American Spanish; te amo
Te adoro is usually used to mean "love" for inanimate objects or I adore you to a person.
The verb "querer" means both "to want" and "to love" in Castillian Spanish but only means "to love" in Latin American Spanish so if someone from Puerto Rico says "te quiero" they probably just mean that they want you. But both Castillian and American Spanish speakers know this so if a Spaniard said "te quiero" to a Mexican there wouldn't exactly be a lot of confusion.

Te amo...pronounced Tay AH mo. Amir is the verb for LOVE in spanish. The verb for "I Love.." is Amo. The "Te" refers to the person you are speaking to. So, Te = You and Amo = I love.
