Third fret down , Second finger on the first string , First finger on the second string on the second fret , and the Third finger on the bottom string on the third fret....The G minor chord is First finger on all the strings on the third fret , Third finger on second string on thefifth fret and the Fourth finger on the third string on the fifth fret... Depends on the inversion, if you have the fingering set out for a G Major chord, drop the major 3rd a semitone, (which would be the B note), this would apply for any inversion.
