I've spent over $15K on newegg.com and never had any problems. Lightning fast shipping, decent pricing, great customer service, great RMA process if you are unhappy.

NewEgg is a great online since they are no-nonsense and have a wide selection. Their shipping policies and costs are some of the best around and have a great return policy... (no-nonsense). DONT just look for price. Look at shipping, selection and return policies. Price is important too, and yes, their prices are amongst the best.

I remember ordering a graphics card off of newegg a few years ago and I didn't have any problems but that was the only item I dealt with them on.

newegg used to be a massive retail chain but was one of the first to close its doors and change to an e-business. Their customer service is ok, sometimes a bit slow to respond to issues, but they do take care of customers. In general their returns policy is one the the best around only being trumped by fry's, my only niggle with their returns is their policy on dead pixels on LCDs, but there are ways around it :p They have great prices, deals on shipping, and lightning fast turn around. One of the better e-tailers around.

its the best place imo ... the only drawbacks i would say is they dont have every available part so they might not have exactly wat ur looking for , or sometimes theyre out of stock on popular parts ... and they arnt THE lowest priced place around but their prompt and reliable service makes up for it ....

yes it is. really cheap and usually they have most item in stock.
they charge too much fro shipping.
