I think it would be out of Walcott, Lennon, & Mark Gonzalez.
Henry told sunsport that Walcott is a hell of a lot faster than Henry. But Walcott isn't a winger so that might not count.
Lennon is just pace pace pace. He flys past Robbie Keane and he's quick.
Gonzalez has played with Ronaldinho & Ronaldo in the Brazilian leagues before they all wen big and he was twice as fast as those two and Ronaldo was very quick

Even though i'm not a Spurs fan, I would say Aaron Lennon, although Shaun Wright-Phillips could run him close

Thierry Henry used to be the fastest for the last seasons but he doesn't really get to prove that anymore as things are just getting more and more difficult for him...
Wright Phillip is of course very fast but unfortunately he's not (really) playing to prove that...
So, I'd definately go for Ronaldo who's not only fast but is proving that for sure.
Tchao!

Def Lennon.
you could give Shaun "Over Priced" Phillips a ten metre head start...and Lennon would still come zooming past him...with or without the ball!!!
