I just remarried 12 days ago. We have both been married before and knew what we were doing. Why did we marry? We love each other so much that there was no other way to express it. We wanted to devote ourselves to each other in front of God to show how much we do care.

To me getting married is not what most think of getting married. Don't get me wrong I have been married And I'm going thought A divoce but I have been with someone for a very long time now that I look at us a married and as soon as I can marry him by law I will but that is just paper you can marry someone just with words. The man I am married to now I have been married by word for almost 6mos and to me that mean more than some piece of paper that can burn. And why would I because I know in my mind body and soul this time that he is the one this time their is no guessing

I married my best friend, the only way to go. It is no different being married to him than it was before, just as it should be. So Why get Married, because we could.

Because it's easier to live as a couple when you're legally married. You can save on gym membership, get nice tax breaks, and avoid the annoying "why aren't you married" question.

To live with someone, to always have someone there for me, to possibly have kids, and to have someone to come home to. My parents wont not be happy if I moved in with my boyfriend and had kids and I wasnt married.

Because I loved my wife and wanted to spend the rest of my life with her.
Sounds corny, but hey - it's true.
