Desperate need of a good divorce lawyer for a man. Someone to help me keep it all fair - not looking to screw anyone - just need out as soon as possible. Thanks to all who can help.

I'm a good, hard working man. I've tried to work it out. I take care of my child every weekend. I give my entire check to my soon to be ex with the exception of what I need to go to work. I pay all the bills in a house that I don't live in. Can't continue like this. All I want is to take care of my child and live a somewhat normal life. My soon to be ex. plans on taking everything if she could. I need a lawyer who will help keep this all fair. I'm not running from my responsibilities. Help

What's your problem "blunt"? A family member was using my computer - not that it's any of your business. Pass all the judgements you want...way to help someone out though. Nice.

Contact your states legal aid assoc. for advice or atty. If you can afford it, consult a Paralegal who basically does all the attys footwork for a whole lot less and can do all the paperwork and help you proceed in the best direction for you. You can find one in the yellow pages or contact a nearby university with a law dept. Good luck
