You just shake their hands...wish them good luck and the minute they leave, enjoy the moment of knowing they are gone. Yes it sounds phony...but in the business world, it will make your life easier.

Nothing say goodbye and that's it!!You might have too face them again someday or work with them its too risky and plus you might hate them but your fellow workers might like them.Be a bigger person.

I would have to wish them well. Afterall that person might be the next waiter/waitress ... salesperson, whatever, that I might encounter in the future!
