Cats do not obey anyone. It is an article of Cat faith that we do not have to obey. When Cat wishes for change, she yowls. It happens. So Cat believes peeple must make noise for change.

Cat does not like the idea of octopi taking over the world. Cat thinks that, without thumbs, those dudes wouldn't be able to open catfood, so Cat prefers humans to rule. Cat would fight.

If Cat were a dictator, she would grant Dragon, JoBu and Catfriend Carrie a free run of the rum, and enough money so they would not have to werk at nasty jobs. They could then sit around and scratch Catears. Or Dogears, depending on which happens to be closest. That's Cat's plan for when she rules.
