I love the name Sumaya, i think it's very exotic (sounds like an ancient princess/queen or something). I like that you went short for the middle name, but i don't actually like the name jade so much, and hate the spelling jayde. Maybe something like Rose? It's strikingly different from the other names, which may provide balance

I know some one named Sumaya, she; however, pronounces it as sue-may ah. It's very pretty.

alone it sounds like a beautiful name. With the last name tho, its too much. This kid is going to have to pronounce and spell her whole name to EVERYONE when she is an adult. She's going to hate it when she's older because of that. Plus, teachers at school are going to misspronounce her name all the time, and piss her off.

Samiah Jade Ayala-- looks better & is easier to pronounce. But if you like the unique spelling-- go for it:)
