Do you wear socks? If you don't than that might be the problem.
If not than get perfume for your feet. Lol.
OR: 1. CLEAN YOUR FEET. Scrub your feet with soap and water and dry them thoroughly, using a quick blast from a hair dryer to remove all moisture. Doing so will "cook off all those bacteria," says Jeanne Rose, an herbalist in San Francisco.
2. CLEAN HOUSE. Washing your feet won't help if the bacteria remain on your tub floor or in your socks. Scrub the tub every time you bathe, and only wear clean socks.
3. SPRINKLE ON POWDER. Rose suggests deodorizing with pure powdered sage (Salvia officinalis); sprinkle the herb on your feet daily before you slip on socks.
4. GET GOOD SHOES. Opt for open-toed shoes when possible and avoid rubber and plastic ones. Don't wear the same pair two days in a row; it takes them at least 24 hours to dry.

I use Odor - Eaters Foot&Sneaker Sprey Powder for my shooes. I spray them when my family comes over or when I'm with my girl friend. Mine smell horrid. I've had then for about a year. It works to cover up the smell but does not last very long.

Two Part Answer:
Part 1: Immediate Fix:
If you can, wash them.
If you can't wash them, spray them with Lysol to kill the bacteria, then fill them up with good old-fashioned baking soda over night.
Part 2: Keeping Them Fresh
1. Wear clean socks.
2. Keep your feet clean.
3. Mix a couple milliliters of lavender and/or tea tree oil with water into a spray bottle, and spray it on your feet - let it air dry before you put on your socks. This will help keep the microorganisms from growing enough to smell bad.
NOTE: not all people like the smell of tea tree oil. Check it out before you use it (it's kind of like Pine-Sol).

Take a bucket, fill the bucket with water(not hot water! especially not if its leather! then the leather will shrink! )When uve filled the bucket with water, add a little washing powder! The put ur shoes in the bucket, let them stay there for about half an houre... Then take them out and let them dry,
This will offcourse take a while, so u betetr have some other shoes to use while ur shoes dry!

Use a good foot powder such as Gold Bond or Dr. Scholl. Each day when you take them off, spray them with the powder. They will smell much better.
Chow!!
