No. It is incest. There are shared genes here that could make problems should you become pregnant or something. Plus- why would you want to. You should look at him as family, not a potential lover. I wonder how he is treating you to persuae you to have more than family type feelings for him. It is wrong and you need to distance yourself from him. There are plenty of people in the world to fall in love with that ARE NOT related to you. Start looking.

He still is your mother brother even if he is her half brother. Actually it even matters more if they're brothers through their dad. So no, just find someone not related to you, is that so hard?
