where can i get one of those long black fitted wool coats?

they come to your knees, and they're like over a hundred dollars EVERYwhere!
is it possible to get one for like 30-40 bucks? i don't care where it is, i'm obviously not the kind of person that buys expensive stuff because it's "in"
