If you attend church...they usually have someone they can reccommend! If you have insurance, ask your provider if they cover something like this and who's on the provider list! you can also go to the health clinic and family doctor. They usually can help! You can ask other divorced friends/people you know if they can recommend someone! I hope this helps...good luck!

I am seeing a therapist at the moment and have found it really helps, you will find a list of therapists in your yellow pages, or alternatively ask your doctor and they will refer you to one.

you can try A.A. meetings they'll listen to you. If you don't want to spill it to the drunks though
most church's have someone that can counsel you also.

strait to the pub with your mates but dont look at any blokes and feel lonley cos you will be asking for trouble. sometimes its good to have a lot of time to yourself without being in a relationship.

most towns have a mid week singles night, get out there and get some stress relief.
Or you could find some off one of your Ex's friends !!!
Ignore the god squad, find some people who have no bias on life !! and are not recruiting money or congregations

Perhaps a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) in your local area or maybe a church if you want to go that route.
