Well most likely do to your diet, this may sound weird but when i eat certain cereal I also smell it, to be honest it could be because your thinking of it at that moment or what you eat determines smell not sure but i wouldn't be to bothered at all, if blood comes then see a doctor though

I have found that eating fruit, especially honey dew melon with fresh lime counteracts the strong smell of the fish. Also, increasing your water intake will help dillute your urine, thus decreasing the smell. Personally, I hate it, but doing the about has helped me. Good luck.

Have you been drinking a lot of drinks high in caffein? I find that when I drink a lot of coffee, and not enough water, that my urine has a very strong "fishy" smell.
