When the ball hits the upright or cross bar ?

Does it count as a shot on target or not? I am really not sure

It counts as a shot, but not a shot on goal. Only shots that could go in for a score are counted as shots on goal. The rest of the shots are counted as shots. Only those shots that could go in and the goalie makes a save are counted as saves. Shots without a chance of going in, and the goalie knocks away or picks up are not counted as a save, since the ball had no chance of becoming a score.

No its not, cause the target is actualy between the woodworks..
