Yes! It is quite possible. As long as he is still producing sperm and is able to penetrate. Very very very possible.

Yes, a male, despite of age can still pregnate a woman. A woman cannot get pregnant when they reach a point called menopause where the Fallopian tube in the vagina stops reproducing eggs, but they can still get their period but the eggs will not react since the eggs are too old to react. Yes, a 72 year old man can still have a baby because the reproduction system still continues until the day he dies.

Ask Larry King, Tony Randall or Tony Curtis

They were all at, or near, 70 when they fathered children, so it is possible.

Very selfish though, he is pretty much guaranteeing to not be around to see his child graduate high school. Losing a parent at any age sucks, losing one as a child can be devastating.

So, does your Grandpa have money or a good pension? What does a 34 year old see in a 72 year old? Ughh.

I don't know of any man who can have a baby. A 72 year old can get a woman pregnant though. The actor Tony Randall fathered a son when he was 76.

it's possible. That actor Tony Randall (from the Odd couple) got his girlfriend pregnant. I read somewhere that the quality of the sperm goes way down at that age, but everyone is different. Your grandpa must have a lot of $$ to get a girl that young!!

Yes, a man produces sperm his whole life, unlike a woman who only has a certain time frame in which to conceive. As long as he can still have sex then yes. My gmpa had his last kid at 51 with a 26yr old so I know about that.

Yes, it's possible. My husband's grandmother had a baby when she was going through menopause.I don't know their exact ages but I do know they were both in their early 50's. Men can pretty much father children all their lives.

it could happen....who was the neat freak from the Odd Couple tv show..he was in his mid 70s when his much younger wife got pregnant,Larry King is another guy and his kids look just like him....thats the thing with men, they do not go through a menopause where their ability to have children is ended...if its his child more power to him.and good luck to him

yes, it is possible, but bad and disgusting. Bad because he prob in realsticness will only be around for 10 or 15 years of that childs life, and thats to early to leave a child behind.
