i have a jacuzzi that has small hair line cracks from sitting empty for a long time. how can i fix it.?

If it is fiberglass yuo can get a kit that repairs fiberglass from the pool company or the home improvement stores

You need to drain it, clean it well and get some marine paint. Pain the whole thing, two coats at least. It will fill the cracks and give the Jacuzzi a new look. It work the same as in a bath tub. Give it lots of time to dry(cure). You'll be happy with your work after. Please enjoy yourself, and take care.
