Take BART to MacArthur and then you can ride free to Ikea on these yellow shuttles right outside of the BART station. I think they're called Merry-Go-Rides, and they come around every 15 minutes. Ask the MacArthur BART booth worker for more information.

From San Francisco take either Richmond or Concord/Bay Point train. Exit at Mac Artur Station. Walk straight ahead from booth and wait for emery-Go-Round shuttle it's free. Or you can walk across the street and take the 57. It will let you off half a block away from IKEA.

Happy Shopping!!!

The closest BART station is MacArthur. From there you can take the free Emery Go Round shuttle to IKEA.
