What do you do If you have this room mate that leaves on the computer.?

The TV and every light in the place. We live in a mobil home and share expenses. I really like it here and have a nice home.
But they don't respect my enviromental issues.
So with out asking them to leave how do I explain how I feel?
Should I explain, maybe they will think I am just complaining.

The world will not end if someone leaves the computer on. And by the way, I just dumped a guy who's 23. I can still get them at any age.
