The good natural and most cost effective bleach is milk containing a pinch of salt in it. You apply it all over your face after 10 minutes give some hot and then cold compression. Your skin will be clear.

I was assuming that you wanted to correct some dark areas on your skin or that you have melasma--If it's melasma some chemicals like bleach or hydroquinone can damage the skin and make the area appear darker.
Try lemon juice if you want something really cheap. There's also a product by Dr Palmers (I think that's the name) that has 3 or 4% hydroquinone that only cost about 5$---I've used it and it works good-especially on freckles. Good luck.

Lemon juice is the best natural and safe bleach. Many people use it to lighten freckles. Works a charm and you can't get cheaper than that!
Make sure you use a good moisturiser, though, as it is very acidic.

they r all good just get the one with oxygen in it its better for sensitive skin i use "fem" oxy bleach but i dont know if they sell it in the states cuz i live in dubai

Honey, you need to love yourself. If you bleack your skin it will look yellowish and bleaching products cause cancer. You need to love yourself and embrace you skin colour.
