i am trying to find a address or telephone number for a person online and everything i find you have to pay for. I found a person online a while back and it was free but i don't remember what site it was i went to.

i know the name D.O.B and zip code of the person i am looking for and still everything i try comes back with results found but it want me to pay for it

Hi, if you go to www.theultimates.com you will have all the top free 'people' white page type search engines. On that page you can even do a reverse address search which will tell you a phone number if you know the address. I have found a lot of people using this site.
There are other creative ways of finding people--if you have an idea of where they live or a street name or a city they live in, you can go to the tax assessors' website in that county and find the specific address where they live, then you can take that address and plug it into the 'reverse address search' and then you can find out the phone number.
