I got pregnant immediately after I stopped taking the pill with my first son. Everyone is different, though. I have a girlfriend who is pregnant and it took her 1 year after she stopped. Also, the closer you have sex to when you ovulate, the more likely it will be a boy...but it is not an exact science.

You can get pregnant the next day after stopping the pill. Why do you think women freak out when thy forget?? But everyone is different...as for the sex of a baby, idk.

It depends on the woman. I have a nephew whose mother was on the pill and my sister was very very careful.
