My dragon has a problem with his leg it is bulged out and kind of swolen by the socket and it doesn't seem like it is bothering him to much but I want to Know what it is and How I can cure or fix it.

could be a couple of things
1. needs more calcium in its diet
2. parasite infection

go see the vet, once you notice that it is bothering him you will have a dead dragon.

That sounds like metabolic bone disease, an adequate UV light may help but without injections from a vet it may not recover. All diurnal reptiles require UV light to metabolize calcium properly.

Unfortunetly that problem is not going to be solved here. If I were in your shoes, I would take your water dragon to your local reptile store (NOT Petco). There is usually an expert there who can help you, for free.
