he was my sister house and she was babysitting. there were this 12yearold and she said he touch her. there were two witness around and there were no evedince either. she waited to go to the doctor 2 days later. if there were any she down took baths since then. i don't really believe he did it. i need help

He's probably awaiting a trial and sentencing in jail if he didn't come up with bail. Nothing you can do... but ask yourself why he was at your sister's house when she was babysitting?

The police have to be really careful when it comes to this kind of thing. So, that is why he was arrested. They have to play it safe when it comes to these things. It seems af if the accused have to prove they are innocent rather than being proved they are innocent. When they go to court, everything will be brought up and the witness statements will help a lot. If there was a "forcible rape", then the medical tests will have to be able to prove that.
Around here, there was this girl who had a popular high school football arrested for rape, a year later!!! He was arrested and has to go to trial....

he did it just admit it to yourself and once you get over that all will be ok... if there were two witness then he did it, and if she waited to go to the doctor so thats her choice. you just need to admit to yourself he is a loser and is just using you... you need to go to treatment
