Does any1 noe if you can play normal DVD's on the ps3 (not blueray)?...Can u play ps2 games on the ps3?

I don't think so. Blueray might replace DVD's in the near future.

Yes the PS3 is dvd compatible as well. and yes you can play PS2 games on the PS3

yes and yes, the PS3 has an optical drive that can play CD and DVDs of all kinds. So dont worry about it just put it in and it should work.
