I`m wearing a tuxedo for our christmas party, my question for all you lovely ladies out there is, what colour bow tie and cummerbund does it for you??????????

Keep it simple and classy. Black bow tie, no cummerbund or black cummerbund. Unless you are attending as part of a couple, in which case it can be a graceful compliment to match your cufflinks and tie to your lady's outfit.
Women are impressed by your charm, intelligence, sense of humour and awareness of their feelings, not the colour of your cummerbund....

Red or Royal blue cummerbund and a red bow tie. I used to do fashion shows you see.

Definitely black! PLEASE don't wear any other colours, it will spoil the whole look. Go for a real bow tie which you can untie later that night and have the ties hanging down with a couple of shirt buttons undone. That is very very sexy and it does it for me!
