Since my periods were irregular, and I had no symptoms whatsoever (nausea, tiredness, etc) I didn't know I was pregnant until I was three months along. I took over the counter tests and had a urine test at the doctor's office that showed I was STILL negative!! It was only a blood test (in my case) that confirmed my pregnancy. Every woman's experience is different but if you really want to be sure see your physician.

You can take a blood test, that is the fastest way to tell you are pregnant. I had the feeling I was before i missed my first period, my boobs hurt a week before I was due, I felt bloated (way before my period which is unusual). Sometimes you just 'know' you are. Until you're late for your period. The early urine tests are only 60% accurate before the first day of your missed period.

Blood work can be done the week that you'd be PMSing.
