See a lawyer. Anything is possible. I know one gal that became an emancipated minor.

You’d have to file a petition to have the disabilities of minority removed. Your parents will be notified and given the opportunity to contest it. You’d have to prove to the court that you’re capable of fully supporting yourself—paying for rent, utilities, food, etc—with NO help from any one. And you have to be able to do that while remaining in school. You’d also have to provide a VALID reason that emancipation is in your best interest. Reasons such as not getting along with your parents, not liking their rules, or wanting more freedom aren’t going to cut it. The court can require other things as well. And they can deny emancipation for any reason that they see fit, including but not limited to, their belief that you lack the maturity to function as an adult.

get a reliable job, look for places to stay and get the paperwork on how much it will all cost, go to court to prove you can take care of yourself

by the way, out of all the people i have ever known, i've only had one acquaintance who has ever really gotten emancipated. but only because her mother died, her dad wasn't there, and her aunt smoked away her money. i dont know your situation, but man, it can be THAT bad.

You have to be able to completely support yourself. Are you doing that?

If so, you would need to contact an attorney.
