I guess your friend has a short memory. and about her brother he might got a thing for u so be careful.

confront her. does she do this when you are talking to other boys? Does she only do this when you talk to her brother.
she could be jealous and this is her way of controlling the situation. Maybe you need to sit down with her and talk to her about this.
