My cycle has lasted almost a total of 28 days and its a heavy flow.I been to the doctor they put me on seasonique still going on.They didn't find anything wrong and i'm not cramping it's just really heavy,The doctor told me to stop taking the birth control because it was causing the bleeding (huh) She told me to start taking the pill on the wrong day too. When i first started the pill my cycle was on 2 weeks and they really didn't know if i was still on a cycle or not (big mistake). Will it be better if i stop all together and wait until my actual period then take the pill or just stop,i'm not having sex anyway.

It finally stopped last night, she is a new doctor that i went to last week and my last doctor ordered a ultrasound they didn't find anything abnormal so i'm guessing the pill caused my to be body confused so i'm not taking them anymore, i don't know why it did the same thing the month before i wasn't on any birth control.

You may need an ultrasound to detect any abnormalities in your uterus. I can't believe your doctor has let this go on this long! You might want to consider switching doctors!

I had the same problem with the heavy bleeding there was a lot of clotting for the same amount of time. I had a ultrasound done and a lot of bleed work. I did have a very small cyst on my ovaries, but nothing to worry about so the doctor said. So I have no idea what was wrong with me. My next cycle I was very heavy and had clotting the first two days, but than it only lasted 5 days thank god. The doctor had no explanation, so I think its time to go to a new doctor. GOOD LUCK HOPE IT GETS BETTER.

PS do not use tampons

Yep that's what doctors are for. They never even TRY to help you. they just work, like everybody else, they get their money. You have to learn to underand your body yourself, they won't do that for u. Everybody is different. Are you over or underweight? For very thin people that is VERY different. But if you are a little bit bigger, your body might be confused (Lol) Not Very normal THAT long, but maybe you can figure something out yourself. Why not just sit back, relax and think. Maybe you could try another doctor, jus tbe carefull what you believe them. Belive in yourself! Good Luck!

Sounds to me like your hormones are in simple terms uncontrolled. have you ever tried the pill? It regulates your hormones and sessions and would each so often final once you stop taking the pill (assuming you have been on it long adequate to your physique to comprehend what it incredibly is meant to do). that's all i will think of of. I even have PCOS and have had the choice situation. I often have like 2 sessions a 12 months and the sole greater long one i've got had replaced into whilst i replaced into getting the dep. shot (a month long after my third shot... that's whilst i finished!) i think of having a dr who incredibly cares has alot to do with it. i've got continuously had very atypical sessions and finally had a dr look into it like 3 years in the past. the three+ years previously that, my docs did no longer look in contact- even nevertheless no longer having a era could make your lining build up further and extra and bring about cervical maximum cancers. that's how my obgyn defined it in any case.

I think you should go back to the doctor and tell them you are still bleeding. Keep going back until they get it right.

If you are not sexually active, then I would definitely agree that you should stop taking anything hormonal. Your system is obviously out of balance and the hormones probably caused it.
