They are all random names or phrases in Japanese
no jutsu is the ending for a Ninjutsu spell
Bushin no jutsu is a full "Spell" in simpler terms
Neji, Akamaru, Shikamaru, Naruto are words
Konoha is the village Naruto lives in
Shinobi are elite ninjas
Sharingan is a spell a few people may use to copy another persons movements
