Thats because you are using black mascara on blonde eyelashes. What you should do is use a light brown mascara, and when you apply it make sure you dont put to much, just enough to make your eyelashes a little noticeable. Dont use black mascara anymore.

Firstly, go with a brown mascara since you have light hair, secondly, make sure you are getting the brush down to the roots of your lashes. Try lifting your eyelid from the brow, it helps to get the brush down to the roots without smudging the mascara on your skin. Wiggle it slightly as you move to the outer tips of lashes, this will ensure even coverage.

You really have to spend a while applying my friend has light eyelashes but they always look dark because she's so good at getting it on right from the root! Best off getting them tinted!

Get as close to the eye as you can and kind of wiggle the brush back and forth, this helps the mascara to to the bottom of your lashes and keeps them seperated. Check out the almay mascaras they are made for your eye color. Personally I would only use black at night, (aka night out) and a browner shade for regular use.

you should try to find the lightest color of mascara, like a brown or something, if that's the lightest. Be sure to curl your lashes and another thing I learned is to wiggle the wand back and forth through your eyelashes @ the base cuz it makes them appear thicker. hope this helps=)

you need to apply it from near the root and up. use a eyelash comb and after you apply the mascara, comb you lashes. comb while the mascara is wet and it will color the roots.

u might be better using brown, rather than black, then the blonde wont be quite as noticeable. Other wise, just take the wand further towards your eyelid, taking care not to poke yourself in the eye!!

I think you should use some colour which blends well with your lash colour. Never use a primer it may give artificial look and dying lashes is not good. cuz, sometimes the chemicals could harm your lashes or eyes.

I agree with Jayney, having them dyed will solve your problem and you will save money in the long run,as you won' have to buy any more mascara
