She may have a type of worm that you're not treating her for since there are different drugs for different worms. I'd say get her to a vet asap. If she's heavily infested that means she's not getting much nutrients from the food she eats & she could literally be starving to death. Of course you're going to see them, they have to come out one way or another, in her poop if they're dead or crawling out to get away from the toxic-to-worms drug if they're still alive. Good luck!

Your puppy has tapeworms and most over the counter wormers dont treat those they treat roundworms and hookworms. The tapeworms are caused by ingesting fleas so I would talk to your vet about tapeworm treatment (usually a shot) and flea medicine. I would also take her in for her shots and get a fecal test done ( to make sure there aren't any other worms like whipworms) Hopefully this info will help
Don't worry tapeworms are very common. My animals had them a few times when the fleas got out of control. They cant be spread through the poop, only by ingesting fleas (or rodents that have fleas), so get rid of the fleas in your house, yard and all of your puppy's stuff and treat the worms she has and you should be good.

You need to take your puppy (and a stool sample) to the vet. It seems that the over the counter medication that you are using either isn't effective against the type of parasite that your dog has or this particular parasite is resistant to this product. You may need something stronger. It is common to have to worm puppies multiple times; but this seems pretty bad. Also, you need to immediately clean up any poos that she leaves in the yard so that she doesn't keep reinfecting herself if were to step on/near an infected pile of poo. It seems that this is an active infestation so either she is re-infecting herself, or the medication simply isn't killing them. The vet will get you something that will work.
Good luck

you are probably treating with a dewormer that is not made for the type of worms your dog has. Take your dog or a sample of the stool to the vet for a correct ID and the correct dewormer. Stop wasting your money with the over the counter dewormers, they usually don't work
