Most of the time they have no relevance to the question at all!

Because they don't want to really help someone; they just want to advertise a site, and they find putting it with the answer the easiest.

I hear you, it drives me crazy, I am not sure if they get paid for people who join the site they are advertising or what, but it is bad enough to have to go through at times some down right idiotic questions to also get those idiots I always give the a low rating
