Rush Limbaugh had an inoperable pilonidal cyst which, at the time, was judged a disqulifying condition, or a 1-y condition which was later changed to a 4-F. Today such a condition would not be considered as such.

Rush has had a series of serious and legitimate medical problems, unlike Howard Dean. Most people don't know this, but Rush has been deaf for a long time, and has a micro chip in his ear to help him register sound.
