I always liked the name Kypris (a nickname of Aphrodite-Greek Goddess of Beauty).

I also like the Japanese name Michiko.

I know a girl I call Kimita (Her name is Kim, but I put a Spanglish twist on it and added -ita which means young or little; Kimita means little Kim).

Perhaps naming her after yourself or the other parent, or a grandparent or someone else you might want to honor. A girl version of the father's name maybe; like if his name is Eric call her Erica. If his is Michael call her Michelle. You get the idea there. Or add -ita to your own name, means little whatever your name is (in Spanish of course, and the reason I bumping up Spanish so much is because I'm Mexican American).

For a religious add-on maybe Mary _____ (a name of a saint you are particularly fond of). Like Mary Martin or Mary Peter or Mary Valentine. It is a little Catholic and gives a nun feel, but it does show a religious bent that may go toward honoring your faith (if you are a Christian).

I named my oldest Rossi, and my youngest Aubrey. Neither are ordinary and I don't think they sound ghetto. Also have another girl Alleigh but that might not be unique enough. My sister just had a daughter last week, I have no idea how the spell it but pronounced Ma- Cal, they call her Callie.
