ok, if you do it yourself than you will never be able to have sex again! If you want gender reassignment surgery they need those nerves to make sex pleasurable for you. You also risk huge infections and the possibility of massive blood loss that could result in death. I can't help you with finding a doctor, but try going to http://www.telegraphindia.com/1051211/asp/look/story_5579950.asp to find out a little more. you will have to do about a year of hormonal therapy as well as live as a woman for quite a while. It's a huge step so doctors want to be as careful as possible. If you find one that will do it fast and with little paperwork, beware, you will have a horrible time of it. wake up guys Indian text books dont mention any of the riots or genocide whther its done by Hindu or Muslim people cos small children are not supposed to learn all this .And this is not your Pakistan Education Board to fill the young minds with such sad or unfortunate events from the past. Indian text books are silent abt any communal riots....
