Has anybody found a good way to keep your identity and strength intact while living in multiple foster homes?

It is very tough

Always have something to keep you going...for me it was being able to take care of my mom once I got out of care and then being a good role model for my foster siblings became important to me. When I had these things to focus on, it helped me focus on who I was and what I wanted. Also, I really threw myself into extracurricular activities and these gave me a sense of accomplishment.
