Only an idiot would use P2P. It allows every single file on your computer to be downloaded. People wonder how thieves steal their identity, P2P is a big culprit.

Most files you download from P2P are illegal anyway.

DO NOT DO THAT!. Instead click on start button > control panel > your firewall > exceptions list to select limewire as an exception. this will allow you to download and still use your firewall. besides emule is way better than limewire.

I HAD THE SAME TROUBLE , BUT IT WAS LIMEWIRE THAT WAS CLOSING DOWN THE FIREWALL

To disable the firewall, hold down the Ctrl key, then click on the link you want. good luck..

it is for your own good. limewire slows down your pc. firewall is actually protecting you and your pc.

i wouldnt turn my firewall off eva... never mind to allow lime wire ul get more trouble than enough...
