Only if you end up staying exactly where are you. If you do anything to alter your path, such as succeeding at something, or even failing something, you miss your destination by either moving ahead in life, or falling back. All in all, it's very difficult to actually go nowhere. More realistically, you'd be going somewhere very slowly.

depends on what ur talking about.. but i think so. if ur talking about like.. finding something u want or some place you want to get. You may not know where it is, or how to get there, but eventually you'll get to it, if you have a strong enough will to get it.
