I have a 28 day cycle. The first day of my last cycle was 11/18/06.I believe I conceived on 12/03/06, but I am not sure. I have been using the pill for about two years, but started my last cycle while taking an antibiotic that could possibly interfere with its effects.Below are the symptoms I have felt for the last couple of days:
12/06-Strange abdominal twinges
12/07-Extreme bloating of the lower abdomen
12/08-Bloating gone
12/10-Clear discharge w/ 2 blood red steaks / unusual acne rash on forehead and cheeks
12/11-Period like sensation and light pink color in urine when I wipe / Nauseous after dinner followed by heartburn and fatigue
12/12- Nosebleed / Still have heartburn, fatigue and light pink discharge
12/13-Cramps I was certain menses had come, however,I only have very light brown discharge upon wiping
I do not have sensitive breasts, nor have I gained my usual menses weight even though I've been eating more. Period is due 12/16. HPT say -. What does this sound like?

You could have an infection.
go to your doc if you don't get your period and tell your doc what you told us.

Around 12/3 is when you would have been ovulating, so if you were taking antibiotics while on the pill and not using a backup method, then chances are possible. I would wait a week past you due date for your next period and then do a pregnancy test. You might want to consider a blood pregnancy test. When I was pregnant, the home urine tests kept showing negative even two weeks past my period due date. Good luck.

I can tell you any bloating or nausea you may feel would probably not be preg related this early if you are. I would wait a few more days and then re-test if you period hasn't started yet. hpts react to hgc which is only present if you are preg, however the hcg has to be above a certain point (most are 500 i think) for the test to be positive. If you are pg and you haven't gone above that yet you would get a - on your hpt. so If you don't start by next wed take another test ok.

Taking a test now is not a bad idea. It will at least ease your mind, however, chances are, the test will be negative. It may be too early to tell if you are pregnant. I would suggest waiting until your period is missed. Also you indicated you were on antibiotics...this can also cause yeast infections in women and also increases the risk factor of pregnancy while taking them. I would wait until your period is missed. I would make sure you dont have an infection too.

Sounds more like an infection to me. Usually pregnancy symptoms take longer than a week or two to show up. That's why a lot of women don't even know they're pregnant for several weeks. If you miss your period by a few days, then take a test.

First off, you sound a bit paranoid than anything else and may be over analyzing things. You most likely would not have any symptoms this early on anyhow. BUT, yes, antibiotics can interfer with the efficacy of BC pills. There's nothing to do but simply wait it out.
Could you be pregnant? Well HELLO did you have intercourse? If so of course you COULD be pregnant, even 10 year olds know that.

Anything's possible but your symptoms don't really sound like pregnancy symptoms, they sound more like your cycle got a little wacked out -- GI and signs of ovulation a week before your cycle is usually due.

Sometimes our bodies do stuff like that when we aren't eating right especialy if you aren't getting enough iron.
First I think it would be a good idea to take a home test. Second call your regular clinic and ask if you can talk to an advice nurse. And then maybe see your doctor.
