I would have to say best ALL AROUND would be Chuck Liddell. He is a world class kick boxer, probably has the best knockout power standing, he is a collegiate wrestler, has great submissions, and his sprawl to stuff a takedown is almost impossible to get through. He hardly ever has to use anything except his punching to win because he always puts people to sleep very quickly. Matt Hughes is a great fighter, but he lost his title to GSP at UFC 65 in an almost embarassing manner.

tito ortiz is best all around in terms of striking and takedowns and ground work but the best all around doesn't mean u will win a fight! i think right now anderson silva is the most dominant, chuck leddle comes in second and diego sanchez has been on a roll too.

MATT HUGHES!!!!(may not of spelled that right) He is the most dominate welter weight that ever lived. he would woop anyone in the whole league.
