The same way any human is attracted to another.
Appearance may or may not be the primary factor.
A sense of humor, a bright mind, an essence of well-being, authenticity, a compassionate nature...some of these might not be spotted across a crowded room but would be noted while getting acquainted.
Basically, a sense of wanting to spend more time with that person. Maybe trying the notion out in imagination, too.
Sometimes paying attention to anything that could be a future pet peeve, not wanting to repeat past mistakes.

The same way other humans are attracted to one another - physical attraction, psychological attraction, social attraction, pheromones, chemically induced perceptions, etc. It's not like it's a magic trick of some sort - this is the 21st century after all.

ive seen that some women are lesbians cuz thay have been hurt by a guy so they have lost all trust 4 men. and ive seen that women just think that other women are attractive. thats what i think
