does anyone follow horoscopes,if so what does it mean exactly when they say the moon is in your sign???

It means the moon is in your sign. If your solar sign is your first house, the first house denotes outlook and attitude, so your emotions are apparent in your appearance, outlook and attitude.
Could mean anything though. The key word, though, is emotion, but depending on which house your sun sign is in, the moon being there might indicate different things.
It's a weak transit though. You might feel emotional or your emotions may take on aspects that are required for you to get along with others. Or maybe not.
