Hmmm... in the 70's.. being born & living it up as the first baby in my family in about 10 years.... in the 80's I remember kid stuff the most... strawberry shortcake, the smurfs, the snorks, fraggles, Poochie, Jem, carebears, rainbow brite, my little pony... I remember Cabbage Patch Kids & Garbage Pail Kids.... Sesame Street & Mr Roger's.... thundercats, transformers & GI Joe... I remember WWF & that Piper guy, Hulk Hogan, that andre the giant guy (I had a nephew). I remember every guy walking around with a glove on and a red jacket like Michael Jackson. Pee Wee Herman's playhouse and Lambchop's playalong. I remember riding big wheels and playing double dutch, hopscotch & playing house or school. I remember swimming in the summers and snowball fights in the winters. Wow.. kids today are really missing out huh???

I grew up in the 80's and I remember mimicking the whole 80's style. I'd see things on TV, in magazines, in stores and try to do it at home. The big hair, layered clothes, collars up... I wanted to be a teenager in the 80's so bad! Unfortunately, I was really young and my mom squashed a lot of my ideas before I could get out of the house. In the 90's, when I actually was a teenager, then my mom let my creativity go overboard.
