The closest one would be the WHO (World Health Organization). The CDC (Centers for Disease Control) is an American organization, but does inform other countries of findings.

The world Health Organization in conjunction with the Centers for Disease Control in Atlanta. Every European, Eastern Eruopean, Eurasian, Asian, and S.E Asian country has a WHO office and representative, Dr Margaret Chan of China was recently nominated by the Executive Board of the World Health Organization for the post of Director-General. The Director-General is WHO's chief technical and administrative officer. The WHO main administrative offices are in Geneva Switzerland.
