i'm suffering from gynecomastia, commonly known as (man boobs)....i'm afraid it is preliminary form of cancer...i am so scared to go in public without my shirt on....i can't go to beaches, swimmig pools or anything that requires me to take off my shirt. what should i do?

i have gynecomastia too, since i was 12.. i sometimes think people are looking at me like im a weirdo, kids make fun of me when i take my shirt off at the beach..
on the other hand, there are people who think that is lovely (for a man having boobs) if it doesn't disturb you from an aesthetic point, i can say that it's not unhealthy like cancer or something..
i recommend that you live with it peacefully, otherwise a surgery and a tight diet would solve your problems..

Gynecomastia is a common complaint of men. It doesn't have anything to do with cancer, it is an inherited trait. A plastic surgeon can fix you right up.

it's not cancerous. it wont turn into cancer. you're fine, just get it removed. don't be worried, it's a lot more common than you'd think
