My fiance and I are planning on going to Negril, Jamacia for our honeymoon at the end of September 2007. We are looking for an all inclusive resort for couples/adults only. (Any websites would be appreciated) Would it be better to book through the company or through a travel agent for airfare and hotel? Thanks.

First of all, do a lot of thinking about what kind of an all inclusive resort you want. Some resorts are great for relaxation while others are party oriented. Some have a great beach while others don't, etc. Also decide what rating you want your resort to have. Some are 5 (or 6) stars while others are 2. Your choice of resort is the most important decision you have to make concerning your honeymoon so make it carefully. Go to TripAdvisor.com to research areas and resorts. You can type in specific resorts in the search area for reviews written by previous visitors. Also look at the forums section which is a Q and A. The answers you get there will be much more informed than here. Have a great honeymoon!

If you are looking for an all-inclusive resort, I would suggest you look at either Couples Resort or Sandals Resorts. They offer all-inclusive services to couples only. You can book through a travel agent for the airfare & hotel package because most times they have special deals on that type of package.

Sandals resorts are very nice and so is Couples Swept Away (both in Negril). Try going to www.sandals.com and www.couples.com for more info. I'm not sure which would be cheaper (through travel agent or the company) but just call around to get prices. Also ask about booking day trips ahead of time - snorkeling, swimming with dolphins, etc. Sometimes those book up fast!

Check out all the companies that are posted on www.iBtraveling.com and see what's listed there. Within these companies there should be a link that'll say "all inclusive" "package deals" "honeymoon resorts". Some even give you a free wedding if you book with them! Best Wishes! Have fun.

Go to www.love.allabouthoneymoons.com they can plan any type of trip not just honeymoons. If you tell them what you like and your budget they will plan the perfect trip for you.Best of all the service is free b/c the fee is paid by the resort.Most othe time they can match or beat the price at the resorts website!!!

Couples is a hotel in negril i think
sandals whitehouse is an adult only hotel in St.Elizabeth
Hedonism is an adult only hotel not sure about location
