Of course. The human definition is determined by biological makups. They still have all the stuff we do but think differently. I know that many psychological disorders do effect biological areas in different ways but the person is still human.
its like saying a person born with 6 fingers isnt human, or someone born deaf, mute, or conjoined.

Yes, human is generally a synonym with person (the singular of the word people).
Though to my understanding schizophrenic people are more human than the rest of us, because they are generally two people (minimum) and often more than that.
