I have to face this girl tomorrow. We've been "friends" for a year, but I never know what to expect from her. Sometimes she's friendly, other times she acts really uncomfortable (blushing, stuttering, etc.) or she ignores me. Sometimes she emails me long, open letters. Other times, she takes days to respond. She recently asked for help on a project. I volunteered help and have not heard from her. Like I said, I have to face her tomorrow. If she ignores my email, what should I do? Should I bother talking to her? I have before and it's just resulted in more confusion, but maybe it's worth the effort? Or do you think I should just ignore her because she's really jerking me around? I'm not sure what the best response to this kind of behavior is.

Ok heres what you do ok...Don't respond to her don't even tell her about that tomorrow and when and if she asks are you going to help me with your project say I don't you never responded so i'm guess no (in a nice way) And then if she gets mad then tell her everything that you said in the answer site...i'm sure after that everything will be cool, and maybe you should just callher tonight and ask her why she does that cause to me it seems that she likes you so you should talk her even ask her if she likes you cause you see her blushing and all of that stuff...it'll pass soon after all of that.

If you are 15 years old plus or minus 2 years, she's not jerking you around, she's just trying to find her way into a new phase of her life, and you lucky so and so, she's thinking of going there escorted by you.

Her hormones are driving her crazy, her parents are pressuring her to not grow up too soon, and her friends are pressuring her to grow up too fast.

This is new territory for both of you. If you enjoy her company when she's not being squirlly, hang in there. Have fun, don't take anything too seriously and be patient.

Wow. This girl sounds really confusing. If I were you, I would confront her. She sounds like she can't make up her mind. If this behavior really bothers you and it doesn't change, you can just ignore her, but I'd give her a chance before you resort to that.

ask her why she ignores you sometimes. do you like her? maybe you should tell her if you like her that could change a lot of things between you two. when people ignore me it just makes me mad so dont ignore her or things could get worse for ya. just ask her why sometimes she ignores you, why sometimes it takes her days to email you back, and if you like her TELL HER and then ask how she feels about you. good luck with her

Heres a good Quote a very wise friend told me once when I found myself poundering over a person who didnt give me the respect I gave them...

"Never make someone a priority in your life...when they have only made you an option in theirs".

You should let her know what's on your mind, and once you receive your answer, you decided how you want to handle the situation.

Don't react to anything at this time. Let her be her, she will come around and decide what is important to her.
